Janey, My wonderful mum and my best friend. She was a great mum, Wife, Daughter, Sister, Nanny, Aunty and friend. Full of love she always put those she loved and cared for before herself even when she was ill.
She lived life to the full from and early age and she was never afraid to speak her mind!!
My mum and best friend Jessie, who so sadly died after a brave fight with ovarian cancer in December 2006. Even on the very day she died claimed she felt fine so as not to worry her wee brother in Canada, my mother a true inspiration to me & the bravest woman I have ever had the priviledge to meet!
This is for my mum who suffered with cancer for almost 20 years.
She put up a long and brave battle with what started as ovarian cancer.
I am so proud of my mum for all that she went through as she did it all with a smile and I love her so much.
They say its always the best that get taken away from us and I couldnt agree more.
My sister lost her battle with Ovarian Cancer in November 2006. She was only 26 and left behind a beautiful 5 year old little girl and a distraught sister and mum and dad. Words cant describe the pain we feel everyday when we wake up and remember she is gone.

'Pat' Hanlon bravely lost her battle to Ovarian Cancer on 16th October 2010. With more research she may have been diagnosed in time for treatment or even removal of the tumour, but a year after being told it was non malignant sadley it was too late.
A wonderful brave woman, Mum, Aunty,Sister and best friend who never gave up. Always wore a big beautiful smile no matter what.
Back in June 2007, My courageous Mum lost her battle against Ovarian Cancer, she battled this diesease every inch of the way, never once did she complain, she was more concerned about how her family would cope without her, and nearly 4 years on, her family are still trying to come to terms with thier loss.
So then I'm fast approaching my 30th and it's my goal to run a half marathon! I want to make those I've lost proud of me and end my twenties with a bang!
I'm doing the Indian Queens Half Marathon (near Newquay) on 7th August 2011. I've chosen this charity because 22 years ago my brave mum lost her battle with ovarian cancer.
Susan moules was a lovely mamma, mum, sister and friend. A caring and loving person who died of ovarian cancer at the young age of 58. We miss her terribly but we know we have a beautiful Angel watching over us.
Kristin MacDonald is not only one of my closest friends, she is my hero. She took everything in her stride and still managed to put a smile on her and everyone around hers face everyday, and still does now she is gone. She never complained and was always up for a laugh. She lives on in a little piece of all of our hearts and wil be truely missed.

In memory of my dear mum Mary Patterson of ellington Northumberland. Mum was such an inspitation to us all, She had so many tragic losses in her life and still soldiered on with a smile until ovarian cancer took her life in February 2012 after an 11 month battle .

My wonderful Aunty Susie, the most loving, fun and brave aunty I can imagine, I miss her everyday , I remember her always happy, always so generous and ready to help everyone.
