Creating a Tribute Fund in support of Ovarian Cancer Action is a lasting way to celebrate the courage and strength of a woman touched by ovarian cancer.
This tribute page is in memory of Carol Yvonne Theodosi, a Wife, a Mother, a Grandmother, a Sister, an Auntie and a Friend. Carol touched so many people’s lives, with her kind heart and warm spirit. She was a special lady; many people loved her attitude and her sense of fun.
This page was created by Katy in memory of Joy Welsh, to help Ovarian Cancer Action to raise awareness, fund research and give a voice.
Mum's name is now on a permanent plaque at the Research Centre in London because of our fundraising efforts.
Don't feel pressured to donate.
ahu, was a strong, inspiring, very talented Turkish woman and a very good English language teacher, loved nature and the arts of all kind. Being her identical twin sister always made me proud. She was only 38 when she is gone.
My sister Julia was diagnosed with stage 3C ovarian cancer in January 2008. For three years she underwent surgery, chemo and radiotherapy and right up until the end of her life on the 18 January 2011 she showed unbelievable resilience and an amazing strength of character.
Janet was a dearly loved wife, mother and grandmother, who died 4 weeks after being diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer on the 27th December 2011.
She had every intention of dealing with the disease in the same way that she went through life but unfortunately did not get the opportunity to fight for long.
This site is a tribute to Caterina Haley. She is much loved and will always be remembered. Caterina had a passion for food and was certainly a feeder, staying true to her Italian roots. Dearly loved by her family, she will be a huge miss.
