This page has been set up to honour the memory of one of the most special ladies to have ever graced this earth. With a fighting spirit and a genuine smile she continued to brighten the lives of the people she met until her last day with us.
On Sept 17th 2010 the world lost a wonderful person. Our beautiful Mother, friend and confidante to many. As alot of you will know Mum was a unique and beautiful spirit always talking! Always smiling, always laughing. Her Frolicsome and playful nature fuelling the wondrous twinkle in her eyes until the end.
Betty was taken from us with little warning on the 16th of November 2010. A very loved Wife, Mother, Step-Mother and Granny. She will be sadly missed by us all, but we look back with happiness at the time we spent with a lovely person, who was kind and loving and always looked for the good in people.
My mum Helen died in January 2008 one month after being diagnosed with Ovarian cancer. I would like to raise £1000 so that my mums name can be displayed as a permanemt memorial at the Ovarian Cancer Research Centre in London.
Thank you for visiting Jill's fundraising page. Jill died peacefully in her sleep on Jan 10th at the Derby Royal Infirmary after a long fight with Ovarian Cancer. Jill was a big supporter of cancer charities and would prefer all donations to go to a cancer charity. Many thanks to everyone that cane to the funeral.
The little woman with the big heart, we will always remember you for your caring heart and kindness towards others.
She was a loving, caring person who will be remembered always for her fantastic laugh and bright eyes.
Anni was adored by her family and friends. She made an impact on everyone whose path she crossed. She lost her fight too suddenly on January 27th this year, taking us all by suprise and leaving us still unable to come to terms with the whole ordeal.

"The Silver Lining Fund" has been created in memory of our dear friend Teresa who died in February 2010 aged 51. Teresa was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer in June 2008 and we marvelled at her bravery as she travelled the high and lows of chemotherapy, surgery, remission and finally the knowledge that it had returned.
This fund has been set up in memory of our lovely mum, Cheryl Jones. She was such a very special person who touched the heart of everyone she met and someone who we are very proud of. She lost her battle with Ovarian Cancer on 24th April 2008 at the age of 58 and there isn't a day goes by without her being in our thoughts.
My mum Sue Clarke was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2002 at just 49 years of age. Sadly mum died in March 2010 - March being Ovarian Cancer Awareness month. My Mums battle with this disease was truly inspirational, she remained dignified and unbelievably positive.
I would like to start this tribute page for Toad/Dottie, much loved Mother, daughter and sister who lost her battle against Ovarian Cancer on the 14 May 2008. I'm sure she will find it highly amusing to read any comments good or bad that I hope her friends and relatives will leave on this site in her memory.

I am honouring my amazing Mommy Lynne, who lost her seven year battle with ovarian cancer on April 28th 2008. My Mom was an incredibly special lady who faced her battle with a great deal of grace, courage, dignity and faith - she never ever complained and always had a smile and encouraging word for everyone.
Maureen - my Mum was a very special lady. Sadly we lost her to Ovarian cancer at the age of 59 in March 1997 after a very short illness. Mum was an inspiration to us all - a petite lady, full of fun and energy.
Sue was a loving warm lady who had great compassion. She was a hero to us all by her strength when her beloved Mike died and then battling cancer of the thyroid- her sense of humour never went even when she started her final battle with ovarian cancer.
My mother passed away peacefully, at home, on June 13 2009 with both Brev and I at her side. She had a brief battle with an all too aggressive cancer. Her death was a shock to everyone. She was only 63. Mum was born, on the 4th of February, 1946 and grew up in Winnetka, Illinois.
Mum would have been celebrating her 60th Birthday this year on 3rd June. The 3rd June this year will also mark the 5th anniversary of her death from ovarian cancer in 2004.She passed away in Portugal following a family holiday in the early hours of her 55th Birthday.
She was my wife and mother to my children. She died at the age of 44 from ovarian cancer. We decided to do something in her memory.
